Our store finally incorporates live, accurate shipping rates and you can choose your level of service (ground, 3 day, 2 day). If you're not in a huge rush, UPS Ground (3-5 day) is the service level we've always used and will continue to be the most economical way to get your order. We will still be shipping on Mondays to ensure delivery before the weekend since weekend delivery costs more. We never charge an extra shipping/handling charge; you pay what we pay. We will continue to work with UPS to negotiate our rates throughout the new year. Our goal is, and always has been, to provide the best quality food and service to our customers at the best possible price.
Minimum Order For Shipping
Because of the extra costs associated with shipping small orders, we've reluctantly decided to institute a 4lb order minimum for shipping. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal has always been to provide balanced raw ferret food that is both easy and inexpensive for our customers and paying the same amount for 1lb of product as you would for 10lbs just isn't the most logical thing for any of us to do.
